125 g of sugar
125 g of butter
125 g melted dark chocolate
5 Pischinger wafers
Mix the sugar and butter until they go frothy.
Add the melted chocolate and whisk it all together until you get a creamy consistency. Spread the cream between the wafers, weigh down the cake and leave to cool. Coat with the remaining cream or cover with a chocolate glaze.
