CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract of sale within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.

You must contact us if you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, (Wetzel Karlsbader Oblaten- und Waffelfabrik GmbH, Austraße 5, 89407 Dillingen / Donau, E-mail: info@wetzel-oblaten.de, Phone: +49 9071 8590, Fax: +49 9071 8578 by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, you may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the expiry of the canacellation period.
 
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract., We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to repay you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please note, however, that the goods supplied by us are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. In this case, the statutory right of cancellation expires prematurely with the removal or opening of the seal.
